INFORMATION ABOURT THE COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In the following we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. 
Personal data is any information that can identify a natural person, whether directly from that information or indirectly from that information in combination with additional information.

You can reach our data protection officer at sekretariat@pragolaktos.cz or via our postal address by marking your correspondence to "The Data Protection Officer".

When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, name, and telephone number if applicable) will be stored by us in order to respond to your questions. The data arising from your enquiry will be deleted after storage is no longer required and data processing will be restricted if we must store the data for any legal reasons.

If we wish to use contracted service providers, for example to process personal data or to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes. We will also specify the criteria for the storage period.

YOUR RIGHTS

(1) You have the following rights with regard to the personal data held or processed by us:

  • Right of access;
  • Right to rectification or erasure;
  • Right to limit the processing;
  • Right to object to the processing; and
  • Right to data transferability.

(2) You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA WHEN YOU WISIT OUR WEBSITE

If you only use the website for information purposes, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to guarantee stability and security (whereby our legal basis for doing so is Art. 6 § 1 S. 1 GDPR):

  • IP address;
  • Date and time of the request;
  • Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT);
  • Contents of the request (concrete page);
  • Access status/HTTP status code;
  • Amount of data transferred in each case;
  • Website from which the request originates;
  • Browser;
  • Operating system and its interface; and
  • Language and version of the browser software

JOB SELECTION PROCEDURE

I (hereinafter the “Data Subject”) acknowledge that Mlékárna Pragolaktos, a.s., Company ID No.: 471 15 807, with its registered office at Českobrodská 1174, 198 00 Prague 9, entered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 9216, contact details of the “Controller”: sekretariat@pragolaktos.cz, hereby informs me of its processing of my personal data in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter the “GDPR”), in the scope of: name, surname, title, date of birth, permanent residence and correspondence address, telephone, email.

The processing of personal data is necessary in order to attend an interview with the Controller where the Data Subject is applying for a job.

The Controller will retain the personal data for the entire duration of the selection procedure related to the job for which the Data Subject is applying. Following the completion of the selection procedure, the Controller will destroy the relevant data unless no other legal grounds for their retention exist.

In particular, if the Data Subject has given consent to the Controller to keep his/her personal data in the database of job applicants.

For the purposes of the Controller’s due selection procedure, the personal data of the Data Subject may be provided to the subcontractors providing HR and payroll services to the Controller, as well as cloud or software service providers.

The Controller has not appointed a data protection officer or designated a representative to fulfil obligations under the GDPR. The Controller does not intend to transfer the Data Subject’s personal data to third countries, international organisations or third parties other than those specified above.

The Data Subject has the right to request access to his/her personal data, their rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, and to object to their processing, the right to the portability of the data to another controller, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, in the event the Data Subject believes the Controller’s personal data processing to be in violation of the GDPR. If the Data Subject has given consent to the retention of his/her personal data to the Controller, the Data Subject has the right to withdraw such consent at any time in writing to the registered office of the company or via the email address above.

To improve my chances in future job applications, I grant my consent for Mlékárna Pragolaktos, a.s., Company ID No.: 471 15 807, with its registered office at Českobrodská 1174, 198 00 Prague 9, entered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 9216, contact details of the “Controller”: sekretariat@pragolaktos.cz, to further process my personal data beyond the scope of the selection procedure for the relevant job for the purposes of keeping my records and offering similar job opportunities. The consent is granted for a period of three (3) years, and it may be withdrawn at any time.

COMPLAINTS

I (hereinafter the “Data Subject”) acknowledge that Mlékárna Pragolaktos, a.s., Company ID No.: 471 15 807, with its registered office at Českobrodská 1174, 198 00 Prague 9, entered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 9216, contact details of the “Controller”: sekretariat@pragolaktos.cz, hereby informs me of its processing of my personal data in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter the “GDPR”), in the scope of: name, surname, title, date of birth, permanent residence and correspondence address, telephone, email.

The processing of personal data is necessary for the fulfilment of the statutory obligation to handle complaints (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR), pursuant to Act No. 634/1992 Sb., on Consumer Protection, and Act No. 89/2012 Sb., the Civil Code.

The Controller will retain the personal data for the entire period of the complaint handling procedure and for a further period of 10 years, in accordance with the obligation to prove its compliance to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, insurance companies, consumers seeking compensation, etc., after the expiration of which the Controller will destroy the personal data.

For the purposes of the Controller’s due complaint handling procedure, the personal data of the Data Subject may be provided to the subcontractors providing accounting and insurance services to the Controller, as well as cloud or software service providers and the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.

The Controller has not appointed a data protection officer or designated a representative to fulfil obligations under the GDPR. The Controller does not intend to transfer the Data Subject’s personal data to third countries, international organisations or third parties other than those specified above.
